Well, I am looking forward to get a tattoo on my upperback. A eagle, big eagle with its wings wide open. But I am afraid that, I may suffer from infection afterwards. My friends and colleagues say its not rght to get the tattoo. But still I want the rest of the world to advice me. Shall I get the tattoo? Or those who already have one, how do you feel at the latter age?

If you use a safe and proper artist they are safe.

Why do your friends and colleages say its not right? The safety thing is dependent on where you go, and if they are clean. Then you have to follow their indtructions on keeping it free from infection.
It is your body, but also keep in mind what others will think of it when you have it. Do you care, "will" you care what some one thinks of your tat?
