I remember a movie from the 40's or 50's about a Minister and his family who move to a new town. The Minister makes many changes which upset the stuffy members of the congregation who arrange a scandal involving the Minister's kids to get them sent away. Eventually the Minister corrects the scandal and then gets these people to pay for a carillon (bell tower that you can play tunes on). The final scene shows him playing the carillon with tears coming down his cheeks. I remember this as a powerful scene and would like to watch it again but cannot remember the name of the movie or any of the actors. Pardon the pun but does this ring any bells?
