Hi Dee,
These will be center measures. The trap raiser will rough in at 1`1/2" 0ff the front plate and 15 1/2" off the back studs.
You have options about the placement of the nixing valve and shower head,( more about that later). The diverter spout will mount 4" from the rim and the shower is like the mixiing valve. The mixing valve can be mounted 16 to 18" from the rim and the shower can be mounted from 76 to 78" off the floor. Note; The mixing valve and the shower head height may be adjusted to the height of the person that uses it. I gave you the average. Goodl uck. Tom

As Tom stated in his previous post, Faucet, Shower Head and Spout can be installed at any height, at any location on any of the three walls surrounding your tub.

Typically, we install Spout 6" above the rim of the tub, Faucet about 12" above the Spout and Shower head about about 82" from the Floor.

If you take more showers than bathes than you want to keep Shower valve bit higher. It will be easier to operate. If you take bathes more often than showers than you want to keep shower valve lower. Also, if it is kids bath than you want to keep shower valve lower. Choice is yours...

In some cases people ask us to install shower head on one wall and shower valve on opposite wall, or spout in the middle of the tub. All can be accomplished during rough-in installation...

Let us know how you did...
