Believe it or not, not a lot of people can have orgasms.
However, have you tried being relaxed, setting "the mood", doing it alone first so you know the "right buttons".

Some women are not able to orgasm just by sex...get to know your body...it will help you.

I am assuming you are female.
If you have brought yourself to orgasm via masturbation then you know the spots that will get you there.
Instruct your partner as to where those spots are.
He must be willing to be patient as should you.
Trying too hard is counter productive.
Be sure there is plenty of foreplay and don't make it an issue.
If you can't orgasm every time, that is not unusual.
Your partner can try to bring you to climax through oral or manipulation.
If need be show him what you do while masturbating to give him a good example of what you need.

Correction on the greenie, I meant ditto.

To the OP- Have you tried achieving an O with a.. dildo? Maybe having a similar man part you'll be able to get know your "hot spots".
