An argon ion laser emits a beautiful blue beam with a wavelength of 488.0 nm. What is the energy per mole of photons emitted?

Just use E = \frac{h}{\lambda} to work out the energy of one photon, and then multiply up to a mole of photons.

Where are you having the problem?

Im having trouble calculating it up to mole per photons or mole of photons..

A mole is simply a number of discrete objects equal to avagadro's number. Does that help?

so does that mean you times the answer you get in the equation by 6.022 *10^23 moles?

no, by 6.022*10^23 photons.
