Ive lived here since 2000 was married in 2002 and in 03 convicted of wire fraud over $10K<$50
I have since applied for a GREEN CARD and was denied at the beginning but filed a hardship form and was granted a10 year Permanent card . After 3 years I applied Citizenship and even though I got my Green card after the incident for which I got 24 months probation I was asked for the interview and passed the history exam 9 months later I received a letter stating I am DENIED and permanently inadmissable to apply for Citizenship.

Is there any way to overcome this or is a hearing useless? I would like to travel with my family but am afraid I can have problems coming back to the US since some laws have recently changed re: Felonies and Green Card holders.

Stay clean and clear for at least 5 years, then have experienced immigration attorney handle this matter for you.
