Help on writing.

Please help and advise on how to write a letter promoting the company to a group, of golf courses and resorts , our company is located in vietnam, and would like to promote that we do personalize golf gloves by embroidery, we currently have existing customers , but really would expand our product and promote it at this existing golf courses. To help sales , am very new in this field.. Hoping for all the advise and style of introducing the specialty of the company,
