My fiancé just recently got arrested for violation of his felony probation here in Florida for dirty urine. His P.O told him he would give him a warning if he just told the truth and signed a paper. So he did and in 3 weeks they came to the house with a warrant for his arrest. Its his first offense and he has papers showing that he's been trying to get in the army and he got his GED and just found a job & he's been showing up & paying on time.. Do you think that these things would show the courts that he's been trying to straighten his life out & they might release him or give him bond or something like that?

There is no guaranteed answer available for this. It can go either way. A lot will depend on the judge - the recommendation of his P.O. - the original charges and sentencing, etc. The things he's doing to turn things around certainly can't hurt but the dirty urine will also tell the court that he's still not following the rules. Good luck.

You already know his PO is a liar, so there's no telling what he'll say to a judge. I doubt the PO will be praising him for all the GOOD stuff he's been doing. Nope, he's going to tell the judge how BAD he's been.
If he can get a lawyer, I would.

Good Morning, J:
Since Bush destroyed the Army, they've lowered their standards a bunch of times... Yes, felons can serve depending on what KIND of felony. He'll have to be off probation though.
You DO know they're taking skin heads and gang members too, don't you? You HAVE noticed that the Army is involved in lots of civilian murders these days, too. I wonder if there's a connection. Nahhh.
