But I feel as though I can't get pregnant, I'm not on any birthcontrol medication at the time I was about a year ago but even before then it still seemed as though I couldn't get pregnant. It might. Are you sure you want to be a mommy. I am double your age and have a 5 year old. It is tough and can create some financial problems. This happens when you have a healthy kid... imagine if you have a child that is not perfect.


If you are concerend about fertility you need to see a specialist and yes a past std may be a cause but you will never know unless you see a Doc.

And of course there are two in the party, so the boyfriend should also be tested to find out his sperm count and if there are any issues there.

And sometimes it is just a matter of luck, I know some that get pregnant the first time they have sex, others have to work hard using timing methods for over a year to get pregnant
