Hi:
After how many thousands of miles should I change the timing belt? Should the water pump be changed at the same time? Should the tensioners be changed at the same time? Does this car have an interference engine (I think that is the correct term - meaning if the timing belt breaks the engine is still possibly salvabeable)?
Thanks!

The timing belt should be changed every 90,000 miles or 7 years, whichever comes first. The water pump and tensioner should be changed at the same time. Yes, it is an interference engine; therefore, there will be massive damage if it breaks. Honda normally recommends replacing the camshaft seals on Accords, when the timing belt is replaced.

Great advise about the pump and seal replacement. It's a matter of being that close, you might as well to the preventative maintenance.
