What are point to point diagrams

I can only take a guess. They are not actual schematics, but rather a diagram as to how and what breaker is connected.

So, if you had 10 outlets, it would show what outlets are connected in series and to what breaker. It won't show the path the wire takes. It's shown on a construction plan.

Dear sir,

Basically there are total 3 types of diagrams, single line diagram (sld), schematic diagram, and general arrangement drawing (for fabrication of panel) sld is a key line diagram indicating no. Of incoming feeders and out going feeders with their ratings, ct's & pt's included. In schematic, individual feeder drawing is shown where in all items with their circuit are included such as acb, mccb, their functional circuit, indicating lamps, mcb's or fuses, interlocking, interlocking with other feeders, tripping & closing ckts. Etc.
