I currently live in wales and have fallen pregnant, my partner is living back home in southampton (where I come from and all my family are). I want to be with him during the pregnancy but I know I won't be able to get a job whilst pregnant so would look to find work after a few months once the baby is born. Will I be able to cope on benefits for the time being?

Are you living on your own or with family? Depending on your situation and income, you could have a number of benefits available to you. Your midwife should be able to help you out, but here is a place to start getting some info:

I moved to wales for my job. I'm currently living with friends. But if I moved home I'd have to live at my parents for a bit until I can get another job to get my own place. But I have a car etc I need to pay for as well as bringing up my child. My boyfriend works full time but is only on around £16k p/a.
