I need help... My boss is constantly sexully harassing and molesting me. He's been talked to, and its always something new... (I would like to see his defense or declaration, I think and hope I have rights to that.. being it happened to me or us not him... I am certain other girls have filed as well, and nothing has been done, I feel violated, belittled, ignored basically brushed under rug like other girls basically in past there ,and they are under age. I have other girl that wrote declaration... She was just brushed off too.

He is now back from (suspension) so I have to change my schedule to accommodate his.

Please let me know what do do... I feel sick to my stomach, can't even sleep through this whole thing... HELP ASAP

You get your does and donts from your lawyer. And that is the first step you should be taking is a lawyer.

We don't communicate by e mail, mar. If you want to tell us what the lawyer said, do it here so we can all offer advice and suppor

Good luck.

I have obtained a lawyer. He has advised me to keep my shifts as long as I am not working with him, and putting myself in danger. However I fear for the other woman, and underage girs.

What did the lawyer say about reporting him to the Human Rights Commission in your State? He has to be reported if you are worried about the other women, and yourself, whether you are working for him or not. If you don't report him, you are abetting him.

He is a sexual offender.

The first thing your Attorney should have told you is to NOT take matters into your own hands. That's why you have an Attorney. If you start "fooling around" with this behind the scenes you are going to hurt your own case and very possibly find yourself on the receiving end of a harassment lawsuit.
