I have seen and heard the angels really strong at least twice in my life. The one time I was just walking down the street and the other I was lying down and saw them and they were singing. It was really neat.
I also felt their presence a few other times.

I was on my way to a meeting at church five blocks from my house. I kept getting this nudge to go down a side street (out of my way) to check up on my neighbor's mother (the neighbor and his wife & kids were out of town). I resisted the nudge because I was nearly late for the meeting. I passed the side street and turned the corner into the church parking lot. The nudge got stronger and stronger. "Ok, ok," I whispered. "The pastor probably won't kill me if I'm late."
I drove out of the lot and back to the side street, walked up the stairs to the second floor of the apartment building where Mrs. B lived. I knocked. No answer. I knocked again, louder. Still no answer. She must have gone out somewhere, I thought, although it's after 8 p.m. and nearly her bedtime. I knocked one more time, waited but no answer, then turned to go back downstairs to my car.
Just then I noticed puffs of stinky black smoke coming out into the hallway from under her door. I pounded and shouted, "Mrs. B! Mrs. B!" Two neighbors from across the hall came out of their apartments to find out what all the noise was about. I pointed to the smoke coming out of Mrs. B's apartment, and the women joined me in pounding and shouting.
Finally Mrs. B. came to the door in her nightgown, was without her glasses and acted very sleepy. We rushed past her and found her sofa smoldering, threw the smoking cushion outside over the balcony rail and onto the lawn. (It had begun to rain.)
It turned out that Mrs. B had been sitting in her nightgown on her sofa watching TV after taking her meds with a glass of wine (not a good combination!), got sleepy, rose up from the sofa and went to bed after unknowingly rattling the lamp table when she got up so that the lighted lamp fell onto the sofa behind her as she stood up. The lamp shade popped off, and the naked bulb burned a hole into the cushion. The cushion material was such that a fire didn't start but the stuffing smoldered and produced thick acrid smoke.
One of the neighbors took Mrs. B into her apartment and called the fire department. I was only about 25 minutes late to my meeting.

One of my friends who was hit by a car told me that as she was lying in a pool of her own blood, two angels approached her and told her that it's not her time to die yet.

My car broke down in the middle of an intersection, right in the middle of traffic out of no where a guy came up to me and pushed the car out of the intersection and unto the curb, its like he came from nowhere. I believe angels can appear in human form to assist us in our time of need.

I believe in angels. I've never felt their presence nor seen them. I've felt and seen the other angels [demons] many many times. To comfort myself when I see the others, or feel them I tell myself that there are angels around me protecting me.

I believe that as well. Pretty cool story. I like that. Out of no where, that is amazing. Must have been so thankful.. intersections are very dangerous...

I do believe in angels, though not in the same fashion as a Christian, Jew or Muslim would believe in them. I'm not sure if I've ever seen one. I think so but I cannot be sure.

My cat was missing and it was about 4am.I lived in a pretty bad part of town at the time ,I was down the stairs from my apartment calling my cat when this big tall black man came out of no where and said right next to my ear*not a good time to be out*,I ran up my stairs and looked and he was gone.I had a panoramic view of the street from my upstairs porch but he was simply no where in sight. How he got next to me so fast as to be right next to my ear was plain spooky.I think he was an angel.

Let me ask you a question. You said you do not believe in the same fashion as a Christian, Jew or muslim. I am interested to know how you believe in them. I would like to here your thoughts and beliefs on this. Thank you.

No problem. I see angels as divine beings, however they are not constrained to do "God's" bidding which is the more popular belief. Angels are the extension of the Great Divine. They exist as messengers, light bearers and peace bringers. They are not servants of any God. Like us humans, angels have a free will and can do as they please. I also see angels as Guardians of each elemental watch tower (Earth, Air, Fire and Water), each with his/her own special abilities. Their powers can be summoned and used to aid the practitioner in his or her magical workings. In a nut shell, that's how I see angels. :)

I believe in angels too although I have never actually seen one, but have sensed one in my room and felt their presence I believe. It's a completely different feeling to sensing spirits, overwhelming feeling of love.
I have had quite a few occasions whereby I've escaped what could have been a disastrous consequence. Also my sister tells of a time quite recently where she feels divine intervention saved her life.
You can read about it here, as its too long to post. Divine intervention...what do you think? (http://www.spiritcharms.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=25)

When I was little (about 8, even though I was young I remmeber this so vividly) my mom and I were watching TV at night before bed, about 7 or so. My baby brother, was sleeping in his room.
Now some back ground, my grandmother met me and knew me, she briefly met my sister who was born after me, and when my sister was about 1 month old, she died.
She never met my brother. My brother was 2 days old when this happened. He had just come home from the hospital this day
My mom and I heard the door shut in my brotheres room so we go check on him.
The window had been closed (my mom left it open a bit to help circulate air in our old trailer) and he had been covered... my mom left him UN covered...
My mom and I both believe that my grandmother came to see my baby brother...

It is very possible that your grandmother has stopped by to see your little brother. And the fact that she stepped out of her realm to perform physical tasks (shutting the door, closing the window and covering your brother, as spirits generally cannot perform physical tasks) shows that her love extends beyond the realm of death.

I agree. I'm very glad that she came to see him.
Because of my sister and my grandmother, we are also firm believers in NOT doing landry or ironing on newyears day. It was the year my sister was born and the year my grandmother died that my mom HAD to wash and iron my dads dress whites (navy) on newyears day. She 'washed' grandma out of our lives, and 'ironed' in my sister...

Are you meaning as one door closes another door opens? I see that with the laundry and your grandmother and sister, you see this as a superstition? :)

I had two dreams that came true within 6 weeks of each other,I can recall the exact events, details and colours in each.. in both dreams a person/angel gave me a message.
I did not see a face only the form and their hands.
The first came 6 weeks before my daughter died, the second a few hours before she died.
The message was not that my daughter would die, only that I was not alone.
In the second dream I saw the same hands holding my daughters hand.she was happy to go with them, and both dreams left a lasting impression of peace on me.
I cannot explain how I know the existence of angels, only coming up to two years later I can recall the dreams and feelings they left me with.
Do I believe angels exist?. yes.

That is an awesome experience, thank you so much for sharing. I am sorry for your loss of your daughter but I am sure that the dreams were very reassuring that your daughter is being taking care of. That your not alone. That is good that these experiences gave you peace.

I believe in angels, and I believe that there are various hierarchies of angels. Some are humans in angel form that are here to guide and protect us and some are higher beings such as the Archangels connected to the divine and angelic realms.
There have been numerous times in my life when I have been protected from danger.
As an example, in the late 1970's I hitchhiked around Europe for 12 months and then when I was at home I would hitchhike on a daily basis. Yes, I was naïve and I have to say that I met some weird and spooky people. Never once was I approached, abused or manhandled. Never once did anyone say anything lewd or threatening to me. Other women I knew had awful experiences when they hitchhiked - I never did, and I believe now that it was because my guardian angel was protecting me.
More recently I accidentally slipped off our balcony which is 2 stories high. I fell off and instead of plummeting down 2 stories to the ground to certain injury, somehow I was pushed into a tall bush a few feet away from the balcony. It made no logical sense as I should have gone straight down - but there I was lodged at the top of a bush - my bemused husband got a ladder to get me down and we still tell the story!
Whenever I have a very serious problem or am in serious angst I call on a particular archangel for their assistance, and I can say that my request is always answered.
Angels are a daily presence in my life!

I was having a bad experience and going through a hard time in my life, where I was down and felt alone. I had reacurring dreams where my nan who has passed appeared behind me and put her hands on my shoulders and whispered 'I know, things will get better.'
I know this was a message from the spirits amongst me and it was very powerful. No ordaniary dream I can tell you that. Your daughters spirit is always with you hun. *hug* xxxxx
