suppose that Darrell Griffith had jumped 1.2 meters and the time of the part of the jump before his feet left the floor was 0.410 seconds, what was his average acceleration? Give your answer in m/s^2 to the second decimal place, assume the acceleration of gravity is 9.80 m/s^2?

Oh, and his weight is 890N (200lb)

I am just a little unsure on how to approach this problem. I know the weight therefore I know the force of gravity, I know the time, I know the height to which he jumped, I just don't know how to apply all of this
