Hi I just have a question concerning a Rental lease that I signed... I want to know if I can be held to this lease because The names of the occupants are wrong, the person that is listed on the lease is no longer an occupant... and the person that is on there isn't so I'm wondering if it is a binding lease can I be held to it.

Yes my name is there but the child that is living here isn't

Children are not bound by a lease, they are not the signers, the adult(s) are.

OK the occupant that is on the lease is over 18 so he should be signed also and his signature isn't so will that still bind me
