Am 18 and recently got tested at the doctors to see if I was pregnant they came back negative but I don't know if I went to early as I couldn't remember my dates of when I last had sex! Basically I went on thinking that I wasn't pregnant after that.. but ever since then I get my periods and there not normal there lighter and never on time! Also my stomach is getting a bitty more rounded and I am really skinny built so I noticed it straight away its not much but like a small bump!. could this all be in my head if the tests are negative?

Have you taken a pregnancy test since the one at the doctor's office? Was that one a urine or blood test? If you are not convinced, try another home pregnancy test or go back to the doctors and share your concerns. They will do another test there, possible a blood test.

Some women will have some bleeding in pregnancy, although you wouldn't have an actual period if you were pregnant. For the peace of mind, I'd go back in and find out for sure. More than likely it is just some off cycles... but it wouldn't hurt to have things checked out.

I went to the doctors today and took a pee test it came back with one dark line and a faint one but I did do it in the afternoon after being to the toilet loads today could that be a positive?

If two lines on the test you took would mean positive, then it is likely positive if it was used correctly.
Since you were at the doctor's office, what did they say? I would think your doctor must have said something? If there is still a doubt, try using it first thing in the morning or ask your doctor about having a blood test done.

yeah I have to go back in tomorrow morning for a blood test! I really hope I am! Got a feeling I have had a misscarriage though=( so faint line is mostly likely pregnant no matter how faint it is?

If used correctly, and read within the time frame stated on the test, then a line is a line. Good luck!

Ah am scared blood test is here tomoro! Is a sign of pregnancy when your aerola gets darker and bigger? Cause I have quite small boobs so when something changes I noticed it straight away! I was bloated also for days on end but its kind of gone down now does that mean anything or is that suppose to happen?

Changes to the areola can be a sign of pregnancy... you'll have to wait until you get the results back from your blood test to know for sure if that is the cause though. There are a number of possible signs, but they can often also be for other reasons.

More than likely you aren't pregnant. It is rare a pregnancy goes undetected. Some urine tests will be very sensitive, even matching some blood tests, but blood tests will be more accurate. If you read the urine test outside of the time stated, it is possible you got an evaporation line... they will show up on some tests and make it look like a possible faint positive.
You can certainly continue to try a urine test over the next couple of weeks if you want to, but it might be better to just save your money.
If you are indeed pregnant, it will usually become more obvious before too much longer. If you still feel there is a possibility, check back with your doctor and ask about maybe having a quantitative blood test done... this will check for an actual level of hcg which would be present if you are pregnant, and not just a positive or negative. They can also do an exam to check for obvious changes to your cervix.
It may also be a possibility that you were pregnant at one point, but had a very early loss... that happens fairly often, but most women never know it. This could account for a positive result that later becomes a negative result.

Right since I last posted my blood test came back negative I still have no periods except from one day of spotting and I have just missed another period by 6 days I haven't had sex since the last time so could my periods just be messed up or is there something wrong? My stomach is still flat and soft so I don't think it could be pregnancy? But then again I haven't been pregnant before so I wouldn't know?

I'd go back to the doctors to discuss some other testing as to why you have not had a few periods in a row. Missing one here and there can happen, but unless you have always been irregular, it would be wise to have it checked out.
