Hi,

I have an exchange email account and is configured on my laptop. At work I connect wirelessly and download my emails straight to ms outlook 2003 on my laptop. Now I'm out of the office (offsite) and can connect to the internet but cannot connect to the exchange server to access my mail box. I can use outlook webmail to view my email but I would like to download mails to my laptop. I really need help on how to configure outlook to download exchange emails when working out of the office.

Thanks inadvance..

You should probably talk to your network administrators on how to set it up. Generally you can run IMAP which mirrors your folders and messages on your laptop and the MS exchange server at your work.

Generally when you're offsite, companies will normally set up a VPN type of connection that allows the user to use public internet to make a secure connection to the Business intranet so employees can do exactly what you're wanting to do. Again, your network admins can help you set this up IF your company allows it.
