My Kenmore Dryer 60 series was working on minute and then just stopped. Won't even turn inside. Turn the switch and nothing happens. Checked and is plugged in and checked home fuses and they are all good. Why won't it turn on?
Thank You

Is there power at the outlet the dryer is plugged into? Plug something that you know works into that outlet unless it's a 220 outlet then you need to check voltage with a meter. Process of elimination. The one thing that will kill a dryer is the door switch, there are wires that run along the inside to the front of the dryer, if by some weird chance they came in contact with the drum and got damaged or the switch is damaged the dryer will not work. There is a little button that gets pushed in when the door closes, if you have a light in the dryer push the button in and if the bulb goes out the switch is good, if the bulb stays on the switch is bad and you found your problem, if the light doesn't come on at all then the switch isn't getting power and in all likelihood the problem is somewhere in the circuit.. . That's a simple check. Without the wiring print its hard to say where to go from there, but there are fuses in the dryer itself, timer circuit etc.. All could be bad..
Good Luck
