I would advise you to tell the doctor this before you leave with the teeth. You don't have to accept them.

What was the promise or agreement made, Normally you would not have to accept them if they are not as ordered

Usually when dentures are made there is a series of steps needed to be followed. One of these is a try-in so you can see the shape, size and colour of the teeth. This is usually called a wax up. If everything looks good and you say you are happy with them then they are made in to an acrylic material. There is not much you can do at that point. The time to speak up is when you try in the wax up, make changes, as many as you need to until you are completely satisfied.
You may find the denture causes some sore spots for the first little while and this is quite common. Return to the dentist for adjustments which should be included in the total price of the denture.
Good luck!

I agree with Flossie- just check to see what "package" you purchased from your dentist. Some dentists charge more for a wax try-in and if you purchsed an "Economy" set, a wax try-in may not have been offered. If this is the case and you're unsatisfied once the dentures are made, the dentist may be willing to let you upgrade by paying the difference so that you can have the wax try-in.
