For estate planning purposes I had my daughter listed on my checking and savings accounts. As of today she has been removed from the accounts.

My daughter is about to file bankruptcy. Is my savings and checking account at risk if she files for bankruptcy within the next month?

The accounts may be in danger. She should have been removed at least 6+ months prior to filing bankruptcy to be certain any assets are not counted as hers in your accounts. Her bankruptcy attorney needs to be notified about the accounts she had her name on and when her name was removed. He may advise that she hold off filing for the required time so the Trustee does not bounce back her filing.
