I purchase. Flat on loan my 1st EMI will be start from 18th apr'09 but I paid Rs.48000 stamp duty on flat can I get benefit of stamp duty in income tax I am salaried person I already get form 16 from the co. can I claim for refund on tds which already deducted by my co. on the base of my stam duty
