They would have to come to Florida.

EDIT: if you moved from GA to FL, you would have to go to GA until you have lived here for 6 months.

Sorry.

So if I have lived here for 6 months they would have to come to Florida? Okay another question.. if he gets visitatin rights would my child be traveling to Ga every time he has a visit.. or would we be able to make it as he comes here to see her she is to little to be traveling by her self. And would he only get the rights or his mother would to ? He is not on the birth certificate either never signed anything

Basically he would have to come to your county in FL and file for paternity. A DNA test would be ordered. If he came back as the father, he would then be allowed to request custody or visitation. Depending on the outcome of that hearing, he may be granted limited visitation or joint custody. You could, of course, request full custody and visitations that do not require travel. If his home is a significant distance away, that is not at all unreasonable. Particularly with the child being so young. You could also file for child support.

His mother would have to apply for visitation herself at a separate hearing and that would be MUCH more limited.
