Bryant gas furnace, sorry don't have mod #, uses 325878-751 Bryant Circuit Board that was replaced one year ago. Replaced cap and hooked blower directly yo 110v; it blows. Flue vent comes on, gas fires but blower does not. LED on board does not light. Is this a board issue and how can I troubleshoot the board? What other points are suspect?

I looked up a picture of the circuit board and from what I can see of the board they show me of the model number you gave there looks like there is a purple fuse just below the red LED, that would be my first place to look, make sure that fuse is good with a meter or replace with a known good fuse. Also make sure there is 120V coming into the circuit board, that would be most likely with black and white wires connected with terminal connectors to the board. NO LED usually indicates that there is no power to the board. If that fuse is blown replacing it would be a start but why it blew could lead to other questions. I would start there.
