My HP Officejet 4315v printer will no longer print a web page or any HTML document. How do I rectify this?

Hello terry
I assume you already tried the printer software HELP function.
Often this type of problems is difficult to explain.
You may have to reload the printer software again.
Have the printer CD at hand (or download the software from HP first).
Go to start --> configuration --> software and delete the printer installation,
Than reload the software again from the CD or downloaded files.
