I am trying to figure out the name of a movie that I watched when I was young, it was a cartoon movie, it had many oldie songs. One being "you keep me hanging on" and I remember 2 dogs chasing each other when this song came on.

I think this was on a Disney tape called DTV Pop and Rock.
