There's really nothing to do but sit down with a times table or a stack of flash cards and practice until you remember them. You can do it, it just takes some work.
You could probably do it in a couple of days if you stuck with it. It doesn't take an special skills.

Try learning to count by 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 11s, and 12s. Lean to count by 2 -12 forward and backward. Practice counting whenever you have a few minutes, like riding on the bus, during commercials while watching TV, standing in line. Playing with Flash Cards also helps.

If it helps, I am currently studying for a PhD in physics, and I never memorised my multiplication tables.
I have to work it out in my head from scratch every time. I just don't have the right kind of brain to memorise things like that.
