My husband and I are trying to buy a home but we cannot get a loan until this 4 year old judgment is taken care of. We called the courts and they don't even know where to find the person my husband owes. How do we locate this person to take the judgement off my husbands credit report when the court cant?

Have you talked to the court about being able to pay the court, and allow them to hold it in escrow for that person. Not sure if allowed in all areas.
