Compact Presairo computer does not want to accept NEC Multi Sync LCD1530V flatscreen . Tells me Video Input is Out of Range. H: 53.7 kHz V 95.1 Hz.
The unfortunate part is that it runs Windows ME... yes I know sad isn't it... but it was given to me for free, so I can't complain. Any idea's on how to get it the screen to work so I don't have to use the huge screen that came with it.:) :)

Right click on a blank area of the taskbar and drag it down. You need to drag all the way down before you can tell its working.
P.S. You shouldn't piggy back on someone else's thread unless your question is the same as the original. I've asked that this be moved to its own thread.

You don't say how old the Comapq is or what exact video card is in it. It is possible the flat panel is not compatible.

LCD's use a different range of frequencies, try reducing the refresh rate down to 60 hertz or so.
