OK. Idea is a small kids'attraction business in a small town area. Nearest similar venture is 100 miles away, so hoping to draw from local communities in 25 mile radius, have checked stats on school-age children in the area. Now, what % of those kids (my target market plus their parents) should I project as worst-case scenario to decide if my costs/projected return are feasible?

I am trying to project on a weekly or monthly basis. What % of kids in area should I predict? How many parents accompany those kids? If I am open only Friday evening and weekends how might I project for new or repeat business?

All input appreciated!

Hi, wallabee4!

It would be helpful to know specifically what the attraction is in order for those of us who respond to your question to help you the best here.

Thanks!

OK, it's like an arcade but instead of electronic gizmos, it's treasurehunt adventure with puzzle solving, carnival games, shooting gallery, hotwheels racetracks, interactive dinosaur stuff, art center, etc. to get kids and parents playing together or there is also a spot for parents to sit back and relax.
