My husband entered into the US about 3 years ago illegally from El Salvador. He was stopped by immigration and was handed some papers that he did not understand. He left Texas and went to live with his family. We met about 6 months into him being here. We have sense had 2 children together. A set of twins. I also have 2 other children from a previous relationship. He fathers all of my children, however I am afraid of him being deported. I was able to follow up with the papers that he received from immagration and the judge ordered him to be deported. Is there anyway I can stop this from happening? If not, can we do it from his country?

If he entered US without inspection (no passport, no I-94), he will have to return to his home country, but if he overstayed his visa, he can file for adjustment of status in US. You need an experienced immigration attorney.
