It's my boyfriends birthday in a few weeks. He is a fan of Zombie movies, and I wanted to get him a few good ones (either movies OR books, both would be great).

I don't want anything that was a big Hollywood production that he has seen already. So I am looking for more under-the-radar ones.

Thanks :)

Actually, Fido was a good/funny movie about how the government tries to tame zombies to do everyday chores for people. Check it out! My wife hates horror movies, but really liked this movie. It was a dark comedy, not really a horror film.

Have you tried Quarantine? It's not "Zombie" persay, but it's definitely zombie-like! And freaky! :)
