I need to change the transmission fluid and was wondering if 1998 Honda Accord Model use a transmission oil filter?

The Honda ATXs I'm aware of don't have filters--they only have an internal screen. Go with Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF or Amsoil Universal Synthetic ATF--you'll be glad you did.
