I had a similar sitiation but my neighbors were a woman her 2 teenage daughters (they were'nt her actual daughters) a 19 yr old daughter,20 yr old son and 4 other random people living with them. Her other son and his wife lived on the other side of us as well.we lived in walking distance to downtown and college.they were the trashiest people I realized. At first we all got along they seemed nice and we wanted to help them they were on foodstamps and had like 9 people in a 2 bedroom house and no car but then they started to use us so when we stopped letting them use our internet for free, they started harassing us,threatening us it was bad. We have security cameras so we were'nt that worried but they used all the personal info on us against us.im seriosuly thinking of calling childserves now.they had a 25 yr old man in love and living with the 15 yr old daughter.me and my fiancé finally moved 2 months ago we bought a house and these people to my knowledge do not know where we live.hopefully.but even since we moved we've had trouble we saw them out for mardi gras and thhey threatened me and my friends.we went to a club my friend owns and they started a fight and physically attacked us the cops didn't do anything but my friend threw they're asses out the club.and now since I have'nt been out just been home living my life.one of the son's this major of 21 yrs old keeps sending me messages on myspace.I don't reply but he takes anything he sees on my private page and turns it on to me talking about him.hello I don't to talk about your pyscho .so sometimes moving doesn't help if they're really crazy and have it in for you.im still confused on what to do it doesn't seem the cops we'll do anything.and apparently he's joined the army and tells me he doesn't give a so I need to watch my mouth and my back.now what should I do ?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

SEcond, if you know that a 25 yr old was living with a 15 yr old, you should report it.

MySpace accounts and pages are nothing but trouble. Close yours down or make in unavailable to him.

And as Scott pointed out, the authorities would be very interested in the 25 and 15 year olds.

Also, 9 people in a 2 bedroom place would be well over the occupancy limit for any apartment or home. You could call the Zoning Department of the town they live in and describe the living conditions. Someone would be out to verify this info and tell the occupants they are in violation of the density laws of the county and have some of the people live elsewhere. No, you don't have to give your name and can stay annonymous if you like. But do not tell them fibs about how many people really live there and waste their time. Yes, they will do something about it.
