tmbh
t = Total Load
mbh = 1000 btu/hr

smbh
s = Sensible Load
mbh = 1000 btu/hr

Hello Quantum : thanks for that explanation !

(tmbh : t = Total Load , mbh = 1000 btu/hr , and smbh : s = Sensible Load , mbh = 1000 btu/hr).

With hvac most probably meaning 'High Voltage AC' , are we perhaps talking here of the selection parameters for some heating or cooling application that has to run on 220/240 Volt AC or higher voltages ?

Hello All

HVAC means Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning

To select AHU or FCU the least parameters required are

Option 1
Tmbh, smbh, air on coil conditions, air flow, external static pressure

Option 2
Tmbh, air on coil conditions, air off coil condition, air flow, external static pressure
