I'm just a bit worried, lately I have had a severe decrease in my energy levels. I feel extremely tired during the daytime, when I am at work or university I feel like I need to go to sleep because my eyes feel really heavy. I have the same level of tiredness whether I get 6 hours of sleep or 10 hours. And as a result I have a lower sex drive than I used to.
I occasionally have pain in my chest which hurts when I exhale and sometimes my heart feels like it skips a few beats.
My fingers occasionally tingle when I touch smooth surfaces. And I have increased irritation of my genitals which gets painful when scratched. I also notice slightly more hair loss when I go in the shower or bath, it doesn't come out in clumps and I don't have any bald patches, just more comes out than previously, I put this down to having my hair dyed (I started dying it 3 months ago), I spoke to my hair dresser about this but was told it was unlikely to be a result of the dye because the chemicals they use are not severe enough to cause hair to be lost.
I was wondering whether anyone could suggest what these things may be a result of?
I thought it may be down to anemia or diabetes.
I would appreciate the advice
