I'm trying out new estimating software. Let me know what you guys calculate:

Room:(12x13X8)
12 x 13
8 ft High

SQ FT: 400
Base board: Linear FT: 50
Ceiling: 156 SQ Ft

1 Door & Frame
2 Windows

2 coats for eveything.

What would you guys typically charge for a room like this?
# of hours?
$ of materials?
Gallons of Paint?

My esimate:
Total: $516.97
# of hours: 11.06 (dang, for 1 room?)
$ materials: $94
Gallons of Paint: about 3

I need to customize this estimating software. I bought it because it would be easier to give out estimates. It's hard for me to go out and give out estimates when I'm at a clients house working. So I thought if I bought a software my wife can go down to their house and take measurements then input them in the software and just check in with me. But I will need to customize it because it shouldn't take 11 hrs for one room!

Any one here use a very good estimating software? Please let me know!
