What is the safest skin lightening method. Is it the pills, injection or creams?

Hello tryin2lighten
The safest action is to be proud of your natural skin color.
Everything else can be harmful to you.
That tan was put there by nature for a reason.
Whatever you decide to do : never use bleaching or mercury containing creams.
Before doing anything to your skin, read this Wikipedia article on skin whitening (link) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skin_lightening)

Lol I actually posted that same article yesterday on a different post. Weird! Anyway I also think that most stuff is harmful. The most safe I think would be a lotion or soap. If the lotion is too strong you can diluteit with regular lotion.

For my opinion, its best to take glutathione for skin whitening since its not a chemical with negative side effects. We have natural glutathione produce by our body . In short its good for the health as explained by derma. Skin whitening is the side effect by taking it in high dose. So its OK whether you are using pills or injectable whitening product as long as its glutathione. I'm using beauoxi white glutathione for 4 months and I'm satisfied. I feel healthier and my pimples are gone my skin are lighter. I'm not promoting the product. I'm just sharing what I experience and knowledge about it. I have tried other products before and unfortunately a lot of them are scams.
