Hello ashokkunti

Are you serious? Do you expect anyone here to post the complete detailed plans for one?

A 6MW coal base thermal power plant is a major industrial installation, and both cost and design are based on many different points of importance.

Today one of the most important points to consider would be the efficiency, the produced pollution, and what to do with the produced CO2.

Have a look here at this Wikipedia article on coal power plants (link) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fossil_fuel_power_plant)

Actually... nobody can post answer for your question. The only way to get it is to join some power generation company like MAHAGENCO..
