Ive done research on my little problem but one website says this the other says that... its all over the place.. so I hope someone here can help. I have noticed today that a small (0.7cm diameter) lump kind of like a spot on the shaft of my penis.. its kind of low down it and it happened like over night, on the top of this spot is a very tiny white dot. It has happened before but it keeps happening every year or so in non-specific periods. I'm getting worried as I have a girlfriend but she might be my first so atm I'm a virgin. I'm getting worried and desperate and to be honest I'm afriad of seeing a doctor. I know I should I just can't bring myself to do it. Someone has to have the answer.:(

Many chaps write in about these little white dots on penis shafts. It occurs from masturbating, elmo. Seeing as you are a virgin, then I would doubt it is an STD. I don't know you from a hole in the ground, so as long as you have no unprotected sex, you are probably okay.
