How can I fight a lien on a bank account. I was never served with the summons.

The bashould be able to tell you the court that issued the writ of attachment and the docket number for the case. You then go to that court and file a Motion to Vacate on the grounds of improper service.

Are you saying you knew nothing about being sued or a judgement? Or that you just didn't know about the attachment?
