Our 1992 Honda Accord will not start again when turned off after driving. It cranks over but will not start. Usually starts if you let it sit for a half hour. Had a major service recently and all seemed fine. Any thoughts to fix?

If the Check Engine Light always comes on and then goes out after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON, replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:

This is also sounding like the fuel pump relay is sticking. Change or resolder the fuel pump relay which is located under the drivers dash behind the cruise control box.
