Hi, I have a bump just under my nose ring. It is like dead skin and white in coulor, not skin colour. My piercing was perfectly fine for the first month after piercing and then I woke up to what looked like a blister. When I washed my nose ring (which I've been doing twice a day with glycerin soap) it broke and looked like raw skin was coming out of it. It healed into a bump of hard skin. I was told to soak it in sea salt water for at least 5 minutes a day but it doesn't seem to be going away, I have been doing that for over a week now and am supposed to do it for 2 weeks in total. Is there anything else I should be doing?

See a doctor or a dermatologist.
You could also go a tattoo parlour and ask them what it is and how you can get rid of it, they might have seen such a case before
