id like to start a trustin fund for the poor and underpriviledged here in botswana. It's a fund whereby P10 will be deducted from everyone who works and earns P1000 every month.I do not know where to go or the right people to talk to who can give the right procedure on how this is done.I want to do this the same way value added tax was implemented,lighten up for me
