Laughing gas a.k.a nitrous oxide on it's own would make you feel slightly euphoric. Your conscious and aware, but not in pain. It wears off very quickly

As I stated in your other post, laughing gas does not help with pain, especially with extractions and root canals.

Laughing gas is not for pain.It is for sedation. It lulls you. After he gives her a little he will then give the numbing agent.
If they have not told you ,I would try to limit her intake of fluids prior as my children have been known to vomit from even small doses of nitrous.
