A friend of mine was harassed in office just one week prior to her appraisal, by her boss.
That THARQEE boss walked into her cabin & passed a couple of lewd comments on her dressing about her innerwear etal...
How should she react now that this boss will be reviewing her in the forthcoming appraisal confirmation process scheduled within 4-5 days.

& I discussed it with my fiancé about it but he had plans to beat up the boss, I stopped him from doing anything stupid... but what should I do... after all this Boss would still be my reporting manager for the rest of the time I would serve this company...

How do I handle this situation:mad:

You should be "documenting" each time this happens; listing the date, time and
The content of each remark, verbatim. If you are in the U.S. you should contact
The U. S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for further advice. If this
Is the first time he has behaved in such a manner, you may want to ask for
A meeting with him and a representative of Human Resources first, right away,
So it won't appear you are only upset with the evaluation that you will be getting.

Here's a link to more information from the EEOC regarding types of employee
Harassment: Harassment (http://www.eeoc.gov/types/harassment.html)

Here's a link to their home page: U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) (http://www.eeoc.gov/)

There are rules against being retaliated against for filing such a legitimate
Complaint, and you can find it through the links on the home page.
