I got caught shoplifting at the grocery store. I know it is a misdemeanor. What do you think will happen when I go to court? I have 2 felony convictions with stays of impositions, and a prior misdemeanor. I have been law abiding for over 2 years now, until today.:confused:

You just might spend sometime in jail for this if you are convicted of the shoplifting charge. This will all be determined at your probation violation hearing. Do you report monthly in person to your PO? If you do, you must inform them of this arrest or that's another violation.

No I get sent letters to show up for a probation meeting like every 3 months. I am on low supervision.
