Hey, I have a biology test in 11 hours and really need some help.

Ok so I understand most of the blood circulation etc. etc.

What I don't understand is what exactly the VO2 max is.

Plus what is VVO2 max (velocity at maximal oxygen uptake) and MAP Maximal Aerobic power?

What do these 3 things mean and how are they all connected with each other?

Please answer quickly!

Thanks,

-Xm8

P.S.

I'm not a lazy b*stard, it's just that I've been trying to understand all of this stuff in french on top of it, and it's just too damn complicated so someone please explain this to me simply.

Thanks but I didn't think it was really homework, but I'll go there next time. Thanks again :)
