I got hit by a car 2years & 5months ago at the time I only realized that the four by four had riped open my knee cap which I only descovered after the driver had gone.
The next day I did go to the police station and they were very rude and said they were nothing they could do " what do you expect us to do look on the cctv?"
After a few months I started having muscle pains and craps I could'nt walk without sharp pains.

For the past 2years I have been seening my doctor and in novemeber he told me there was nothing else he could do for me and I would have to live with the pain.
Two weeks before chirstmas this year I was adived to go see I chiroprator by a strange, thank god for that.

When I went to see him he said I had a sever twisted pelivs and multipul muscle problems which he can comfirm it is from my car accient and is willing to help me to claim but everyone I have talked to has said I need a police report to make a claim.

I do understand if there is nothing I can do but I fort I would ask in case anyone else can give me any advice.

You don't need a Police Report to make a claim BUT you may very well have not made a claim within the time frame of your State. What State?

Who do you intend to claim against and/or sue? Do you have info on the driver/owner of the car?

It is VERY unusual for the first claim to be made this long after the accident and I guarantee it will be viewed as a false claim - just by virtue of time.
