Eat healthy! This doesn't mean starving yourself, or even eating less than you already do. For example: fried, greasy foods, or foods with a lot of sugar are the worst. Eat lots of protein and fruits/veggies.
Also, you can eat several small meals a day. Bring healthy snacks to school.. like fruit, nuts, baked wheat crackers etc.
Make sure you eat breakfast! This helps your metabolism and makes it so you don't feel famished at lunch and binge.
Just make sure to stay healthy and get all the nutrition you need. Generally if you go on a full-fledged diet and your hungry or miss certain foods you will end up off it.
So have a cookie once in a while. Just find a food pyramid and go from there.

What if I cut out lunch and just eat small portions of breakfast and dinner, would that help?
